Recipe Soybeans with basil and mint
Salt & Pepper
1. Boil soybeans in the pods for 2-3 minutes to soften.
2. Shuck soybeans. (Remove beans from pods)
3. Sauté soybeans in pan with butter on medium for 4 minutes then add the chopped mint and basil to the pan for an additional 3 minutes.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
